From scheduling to purchase, the process was phenomenal, I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Got the deal I wanted and my first new car purchase at 62 years old. After researching and visiting numerous dealerships, I am so happy we stopped at Criswell Honda in Germantown! From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with pure kindness and I knew from t so happy we stopped at Criswell Honda in Germantown! From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with pure kindness and I knew from the start that this place was for us. They had a beautiful selection of cars and made it so hard to choose! Huge shout out to the gentleman, Jay who took care of us from start to finish and made this whole experience one to remember. He took his time to explain every detail about the cars they had and let me tell you, he is very thorough! He was super patient with us and took his time and really listened to what we needed and what we were looking for. You can’t find that at other dealerships, trust me! I cannot express how thankful AND grateful I am to Jay and the Criswell Honda team for taking care of us and making us feel like family. I am on cloud nine! If i could give more then 5 stars i would. This was my first car purchase ever and Dominique made me feel like family once i walked in the dealership. I was very concerned and stressed once i This was my first car purchase ever and Dominique made me feel like family once i walked in the dealership. I was very concerned and stressed once i was in there but once we started talking numbers it was a smooth sail from there. Dominique was an excellent sales person.
