I received a great quote from this dealer, but quickly realized that the emails were likely AI generated to sound appealing and get me in the door. When I asked additional questions and details about the realized that the emails were likely AI generated to sound appealing and get me in the door. When I asked additional questions and details about the quote, my messages were ignored or I was given round about answers. They refused to provide me with a written confirmation or quote. And when I finally called on, the person I had been emailing with never responded or reached. I was assigned a young man who although he was friendly, sis not respect my needs or requests. I specifically told him that I needed to handle the purchase of the vehicle largely via text or email and he continue to call me instead knowing I have three young children including a newborn. It was a waste of my time. More

Criswell is a large, very impressive, full-service Honda Dealership located in Germantown, MD. Why did I drive all the way up there (I live in Gainesville, VA) to buy a car, one may ask? Answer: Salespers Dealership located in Germantown, MD. Why did I drive all the way up there (I live in Gainesville, VA) to buy a car, one may ask? Answer: Salesperson Natasha Parsard. She and her Manager (sorry Sir, I forgot your name), the Finance Guy, Iver, and the rest of the Crew made a big purchase (for us) possible. We had purchased a car from Natasha some years ago and my Wife suggested that we call her to see if she could help us purchase a new 2026 Honda Pilot Elite w/ factory-installed towing capabilities. She could and she did! Thank you, Natasha. Nothing would have gone forward, however, without her Manager's approval. At first, the deal looked hopeless (their price/ my budget), but he and I worked hard together to make it happen. Thank you, Sir. I highly recommend that you give Natasha and Criswell a call when you get ready to purchase a new (or used) Honda. More

I purchased a car two months ago from Criswell Honda, and they never sent me permanent tags. I called to try to talk to someone, as my tags are expiring. Natasha answered the phone and was the rudest person they never sent me permanent tags. I called to try to talk to someone, as my tags are expiring.
