Good Service I brought my car in for its scheduled B1 service. I was greeted by Teddy Pak, who was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I had full confidence my daughter would be safe when she drove off to return to college. Dennis is great! Over the last ten years my family has purchased/leased several Hondas from Criswell. I was happy to know that our last visit the service person didn’t know what they were talking about. I am glad you advised us that air leaking from the front right tire was just a hole in the tire. After spending $700.00 worth of service on my car, surprised it didn’t even get a wash at least. Hopefully moving forward my contact information for my car is correct for the 5th time. More

I came to the service shop for an oil change, shortly af Service adviser lied about the battery test and tricked me into replacing a good battery. I came to the service shop for an oil change, shortly after I sat down into the customer lounge, service adviser came to inform me that the service tech recommend several additional services. I declined those services initially, but the service rep insisted that the battery failed the test and must be replaced. I agreed to the battery replacement. After I got home and upon reviewing the paperwork, I found the Multi-Point Vehicle inspection checklist showed the battery performance is good. I would like to to believe the service rep made a one time mistake, but if there are other instances showed that there is a pattern of lying, management should look into disciplinary actions. More

Damaged caused by the Criswell Honda Service Dept The people at this dealership damaged my vehicle and are refusing to resolve the issue. I took it in for a recall issue reluctantly because in the pas The people at this dealership damaged my vehicle and are refusing to resolve the issue. I took it in for a recall issue reluctantly because in the past something else always goes wrong when I refuse to do one of their expensive recommendations. I explained to the two service techs that prior to them repairing my car that my front passenger door opened and closed without any issues. The following day after visiting this place the door is now rubbing against the front fender. They explained that the repairs they did, had nothing to do with that area of the car, and blamed the shifting door on a dent that has been in my car for the past 4 years in the rear 1/4 panel. They even suggested that somehow I may have hit under the vehicle causing this door to now shift. I called the manager and have not received a reply as yet. I am assuming that he will regurgitate the same nonsense as his employees. During the service they told me I needed $1800 in repairs, which I was unable to complete, since receiving my car, I've had difficulties to starting twice, and a vibration when breaking from about 65mph. Of course they want me to pay almost $200 for diagnostic tests when I didn't have these issues prior to them laying a finger on the car. Needless to say I will not be returning and I will exhaust every measure to ensure that this matter is dealt with. After being contacted by one of the owners on Yelp, he asked for my number and said a manager will contact me. I explained the issue to the manager who asked that i come back in with the car to take a look. He explained to me exactly what I told them, as if I cannot see what the problem was with the car, and said there was no way they could have done the damage, although that is exactly where they place the lift when repairing a vehicle, and the problem started the following day. He said I might have t a curb, as people do that from time to time. I really wish I had checked their reviews on here and on the Better Business Bureau (D- rating) prior to coming to this place. I will be filing a complaint against them for the damages caused and also notified the MD State Attorney Generals office. Please be careful with these people. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a Dodge Durango from their Gaithersburg Md dealership and will 100% look elsewhere. More
