Mike acknowledged my visit, ensured that any services needed was resolved and met. He's very professional and caters to all customers. During my visit, I noticed Mike creates an environment that encourages employees to work together as a team. Ensures that all team members know their role, and that barriers to success are removed or minimized. He is attentive, responsive, and demonstrates a sense of urgency in all services. In addition, Mike understands that how something is said has a significant influence on how it is received with all customers. Very happy with the service and highly recommended! More

Criswell Honda ripped me off Came to Criswell Honda in Germantown on June 13, 2016 to service my Honda CRV 2009. There was a rattle noise coming from under my car. They've put two Came to Criswell Honda in Germantown on June 13, 2016 to service my Honda CRV 2009. There was a rattle noise coming from under my car. They've put two EX clamp and charge me for those labor $67.50. Also replaced cabin filter, the labor $79.20. Changed three wipers rub blade, labor $40.50. Replaced rear brake pads and machine rotors. My total bill was $824.67. Parts-$279.97, Labor-$560.70. My car was in the shop 3 hours. Mechanic was working on two cars at the same time, so he did not spend more then 1.5 hour working on my car. The rest of the time he was waiting, sitting and working on the other car. Service adviser George J Ayoub, notified me that the car has a recall on the drivers airbag, for witch I never was notified. Later in the day I came to the dealership for an explanation, why the labor was so high ($560.70) for the work that was done on my car. George asked me to wait for the manager. After some time I spoke to the manager Mike (do not know his last name). He was very rood. When I asked him why the charged $67.50 just to place two clamps that takes 2 minutes, he told me this is our price, again very rood in his answer. When I asked why I never received notification about airbag recall, he told me that this is not their responsibility, letter comes from Honda. Again, Mike was very rood and it’s strange that Honda dealership does not feel responsible for Honda recall. This will be my last visit to Criswell Honda dealership and my last Honda car that I'll ever purchase. More

Yet I show up at 4pm, been here two hours, they have yet to start, said there was a problem with replacing my fuel pump. Here's the rub, I made an appointment, it was in by 8:30am, it is now 6pm. The customer lack of service center has a total count of 8 people in it not counting me. I will never return, this dealership has absolutely terrible customer service!! More
THEY DILIBERATELY CUT WIRES WHILE DOING A DIFFERENT JOB? I took my Honda Accord in for a Timing belt special at Criswell Honda. The price was average but still on special. After getting the car back, it was I took my Honda Accord in for a Timing belt special at Criswell Honda. The price was average but still on special. After getting the car back, it was overheating. I did not drive much but when it did I figured I needed a new radiator because it happened at night and it looked like steam was coming from the radiator. I replaced it the next day. About a week later it overheated again. Now I had to look further but noticed the electric fans were not coming on so I tried to test the sensors. I did not know how to test it and the dealer would not tell me so I took it to another Honda dealer to only tell me what it needed and why the fans were not coming on. They finally came out to tell me they found a broken wire. It seemed odd but I told them I will do the repair because I know I do first class work. When I opened up the harness I noticed another cut wire but this one looked like a shinny new penny. I could tell it was cut by a razor knife. So my thought was they cut the wires and put some grease on the one to make it look old. After the repair the fans worked. Now I knew it had to have been cut at the dealer when they did the timing belt job. I did contact the service manager and told him this story. He denied they did this and said you could have pulled into a 7-11 and someone could have opened the hood and cut the wires. Far fetched as that may be, they already proved it could not happen. My car had an alarm that once you closed the doors the alarm activated and locked the doors. So if you opened the door of hood the alarm would go off. What proved this is when I picked up my car, they accidentally shut the doors with the key inside, so they ended up making a key to get in because the alarm locked all the doors. I had never been to Criswell before and did not know anyone there so it baffled me unless if I brought it back the same mechanic would get my car and already know what was wrong. They paid me back for what I paid the other dealer to find the problem but not for the repair or the radiator. I don't know for a fact if the radiator was bad, but they said it was 12 years old so it may not have been the same problem. Maybe because it overheated a few times it caused the radiator to blow a hole. My Honda had only been to those three dealers and except for finding the wire broke, no other dealer or shop for years since I did all of my own work. It had to be cut at Chriswell, no doubt. I would never go there again. More

After taking in a CRV I purchased there that started having engine problems, they said there was nothing they could so as they were just following "Honda Corporate" policy. I have been a loyal Honda customer for 15 years, but after this experience, I am not sure my next car will be a Honda. If it is, I can definitely say I will not be buying it from Criswell! More

It wasn't u I have been a Criswell customer since 1972. I bought a number of Chevys for myself, my daughter and my son at the Gaithersburg back then. It wasn't until almost 9 years ago I started buying Honda's. l always have liked the service department as well as the body shop at Criswell, Everyone I have dealt with over the last 45 years has been very pleasant to work with, never had any work done that was a problem and even when I had a little concern over the years it was handled admirably. Since I have been dealing Criswell Honda in Germantown I've dealt with a lot of advisors but there were 2 that stood out the most. One has been there a long time but much to my dismay isn't anymore. And one must be relatively new and I worked with her just recently, The one that left was Stacy S, she was such a pleasure to work with, And strangely enough the person I worked with this time is at her desk and phone, That is Tanya, she was so pleasant and accomodating after I sat there for 5 hrs waiting for my car and found there was a problem with the SRS system replacement. She arranged a loaner so I could go home. She called me when it was done about 3 hrs later, It was a situation that could have been very upsetting , but her demeaner and concern made it almost pleasant. I felt I had to write this. Just a note I have heard many good things about Lester and since I always wait for the car have seen him in action during the Saturday morning rush and he always says hi no matter how busy things are and seems to handle the rush in such a controlled way. Thanks for making my visits pleasurable every time I've been there. More

We ta I went to Cristwell to get my 05 Honda repaired for the air bag recall notice. As I was walking around the showroom, Kwame stated talking to me. We talked about the new 2015 accord and I agreed to look at it. The 05 was my wife"s car so was reluctant to make any decisions. we discussed trade-in and final price. I took the new car home for my wife to look at and she liked it.So, I bought it.All in all, the experience was pleasant and informative. Everyone was helpful and professional. The only problem I have is that I was led to believe the trade-in price for my 05 was a little over 4K at the max, which is what I got. However, upon checking later I found out the car was worth much more. I Don"t think you guys were complety honest with me. More
