Purchased 2018 Rogue from Cronic Nissan on line site on scene. The car was delivered to my house in Lawrenceville, GA. Oil Change and Cost to Repair 2 issues I was very unhappy with my recent service at Cronic Nissan. I am a long time customer and even purchased my current Nissan as a brand-new car from Cro I was very unhappy with my recent service at Cronic Nissan. I am a long time customer and even purchased my current Nissan as a brand-new car from Cronic Nissan. I wanted an oil change (which was free due to my paying for 3 previous oil changes there), but I also asked them to identify the cost with 2 other issues-- an air bag indicator light and water on the floor of the drivers side mat. I was told that it would cost over $400 for the indicator light repair and another $400 plus for the sunroof drain tube replacement. I said "no thank you". I was then presented with a bill for almost $100 and felt that this was excessive, since no repairs were made. In discussing this with both the service manager and the technical advisor, both were unsympathetic and cold in addressing me. I was not told in advance that it would cost this much just to be told what the problem was and yet not get it fixed. I think this is an exorbitant charge for nothing repaired. I will not be returning to Cronic Nissan. Please take me off of your e-mail and phone call list. More
