After having an unsuccessful day of car shopping at one dealership, I decided to come to Cronic Nissan for an early graduation gift for myself. I knew exactly what I wanted and I just wanted someone to gui dealership, I decided to come to Cronic Nissan for an early graduation gift for myself. I knew exactly what I wanted and I just wanted someone to guide me through. Marchello was amazingggg. He didn’t try to persuade me to get something I did not want or could not afford. He was super patient and he has an amazing spirit. I would recommend him to anyone. I can see myself coming back for him for my next car in the future. I drove off the lot in a 2019 Hyundai. He really changed my perspective on car shopping. Cronic is a great place to get affordable cars that are in great condition. More

Great Service but costly I am a long time Nissan owner. For many years I only serviced my car at Cronic. I have always been satisfied with the customer service and environment I am a long time Nissan owner. For many years I only serviced my car at Cronic. I have always been satisfied with the customer service and environment. A few months ago, after several attempts to bring my car in for oil change I opted to go to Mcdonough Nissan to avoid the long wait. To my surprise, the cost of the oil change was much cheaper. The customer service was just as good. I was impressed that they always covered my seat and floor mat. I came back to Cronic yesterday because it was convenient. The cost of the oil change was $56.00 plus $13.95 for tech fee and $19.95 tire rotation. $96.63 Total cost. This was more thanI paid at Mcdonough Nissan. As a consumer I have to hold this in consideration. More

Did not like my service when I brought it in for the oil change the next day all was on my garage floor I had to return to Chronic for them to correct the problem now I have oil on my floor and I don't know change the next day all was on my garage floor I had to return to Chronic for them to correct the problem now I have oil on my floor and I don't know how to get it up also when the car was finished they did not even lock the hood down how many more things could happen just from bringing my car in for a oil change I will not bring it back there for another service I hope the lady dealer gets a chance to see this complaint More
