Every time I call it’s hard for me to get help with what I need and when I come to get my car serviced they always try to charge me for a service that is free with my warranty. My check engine light is on a I need and when I come to get my car serviced they always try to charge me for a service that is free with my warranty. My check engine light is on and the technician didn’t even offer to have it fixed I have not had my car for 6 months yet and I was told I needed brand new tires and they quoted me a cost of $800 for 4 tires my goodness are they made of gold $200 per tire that’s ridiculous. When a person buys a vehicle the free service should be monitored by the dealership and it should be no misunderstanding about what is needed for the customer’s vehicle I feel as if they have forgotten that I bought my car from them and to me that’s bad customer service. I also want to know what is included in my warranty and have a print out of it to show when I come in to have it serviced. More
