Our First Nissan 2020. We went to Cronic Nissan dealership in Griffin. I already contacted Ernest before hand and we arrived Saturday around 5:00 pm. The sales person did not pressure us in anyway, and informed us what he could do as far a s a new vehicle. He showed us the latest model, and we went and test drive the new Nissan Verza SV on the lot........ After we came back from a very short drive, we decided we wanted the floor model. Ernest was happy to replied with a yes( in other words like they say "Houston it's a go"). After some time doing the paperwork, they made arrangement to remove the floor model as we waited just a little for the finance manager We finally drove off in a new vehicle that night. The customer service was excellent, the personnel treated not only us with great service all the way, however we notice on how the other sales, and managers treated other customers with the same detail, and professionalism at the same time we where waiting. We left around 8:15PM. They closed at 7:00pm, and still they provide us with excellent customer service. If you want to be treated with excellent professional customer service, at the same time providing information, and introducing to other departments as you join the Nissan family, Whether new or used Car, SUV, this is the place to go. One very important reason we felt being treated in a great way was because Ernest is also ex- military, and the bond from one ex-military to another is priceless where ever you go. This made a big factor in getting a new car, and joining the Nissan Family. We have not seen excellent customer service like the one they provided to us this past weekend. Like we say is Spanish "Bravo, Bravo". More

Smells like BAIT AND SWITCH to me! I went in to buy a used car that was a year old. The advertised price was $14,740. When I got to the dealership, Randy, the sales manager, told me I went in to buy a used car that was a year old. The advertised price was $14,740. When I got to the dealership, Randy, the sales manager, told me that the ad was a mistake, and he couldn't possibly sell it for that. We dickered some, and we finally agreed to a price of $16,500, $2,000 more than I had planned on paying, but still cheaper than a new one. I ended up buying the car because it came with Sirius Radio, a nav. system and many of the other options I was looking for. Meanwhile, I was trying to set up the "Nissan Connect" feature, and I couldn't finish setting it up, because they told me that the car belonged to someone else! I took the car back again (3rd day in a row I had been there), and asked why my iPod wouldn't work with the sound system, and nobody could tell me! They just kept going to different meetings! Well, the car DIDN'T have a nav. system, but they said no problem, the car will connect to your phone and you can use Google Maps! Guess what, WRONG AGAIN!!! In order to do that, you have to have something called "Apple Play" which this car doesn't have, so now, not only do I NOT have the nav. system I was promised, I can't even use my Google Maps! As for the Sirius radio. IT DIDN'T HAVE THAT EITHER!!! My ENTIRE experience with them has been ONE BIG LIE, that has kept evolving over time as I have to figure out for myself if there is any actual truth in what they told me at all! My advice to anyone looking for a new car, based on my experience, FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! If you're dead set on using them, DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you go in! More
