Smells like BAIT AND SWITCH to me! I went in to buy a used car that was a year old. The advertised price was $14,740. When I got to the dealership, Randy, the sales manager, told me I went in to buy a used car that was a year old. The advertised price was $14,740. When I got to the dealership, Randy, the sales manager, told me that the ad was a mistake, and he couldn't possibly sell it for that. We dickered some, and we finally agreed to a price of $16,500, $2,000 more than I had planned on paying, but still cheaper than a new one. I ended up buying the car because it came with Sirius Radio, a nav. system and many of the other options I was looking for. Meanwhile, I was trying to set up the "Nissan Connect" feature, and I couldn't finish setting it up, because they told me that the car belonged to someone else! I took the car back again (3rd day in a row I had been there), and asked why my iPod wouldn't work with the sound system, and nobody could tell me! They just kept going to different meetings! Well, the car DIDN'T have a nav. system, but they said no problem, the car will connect to your phone and you can use Google Maps! Guess what, WRONG AGAIN!!! In order to do that, you have to have something called "Apple Play" which this car doesn't have, so now, not only do I NOT have the nav. system I was promised, I can't even use my Google Maps! As for the Sirius radio. IT DIDN'T HAVE THAT EITHER!!! My ENTIRE experience with them has been ONE BIG LIE, that has kept evolving over time as I have to figure out for myself if there is any actual truth in what they told me at all! My advice to anyone looking for a new car, based on my experience, FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! If you're dead set on using them, DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you go in! More

They do not even clean your car after service. Tennessean and other dealerships show customer service to the max by washing your car after any service. The staff is always courteous and helpful no matter what you need. For oil changes, they are extremely helpful explaining all results of your fluids, filters, tire pressure and many other test for your vehi you need. Received an oil change and tire rotation due to indicator lights. Tire indicator light was left on—and my understanding is that I need to return to the dealership to have it reset. Also, check engine light came in after the service in which the service department was notified. I was asked to schedule a diagnostic appointment but no one was available for scheduling and I would receive a call back. A call back was not received. Called the following day and appointment times were very inflexible requiring me to take time off work simply to receive a diagnostic test (I was informed I could not come from 11-1 on my lunch break because all technicians are on lunch at that time). More of a headache than a help in this experience. More
