This time I called Joe looking for a specific type of Ford truck F350 super duty. I left a message and he called me back very quickly. He listened intently to what I was looking for in a truck and what kind of deal I felt I could get. He then went to work for me immediately using email, text, and personal phone calls to update me on what he was finding. In the end we were able to come to an agreement on a great truck and the deal was right where I wanted to be. The financing business manager was very easy to work with, not too pushy on selling additional options, but gave good advice on the pros and cons of each option which I appreciated.
