Mr. Duncan, along with Joshua Meinsen, have been very helpful in explaining the technology and safety features offered by the Venza so they can be fully utilized. They don’t want to make a sale and was told they don’t have a quota so they don’t push sales. I tried to get into a SUV and had a set payment I wanted. Major waste of time and pulling of my credit to get no where with this place!!!!! Before hanging up I said I will go elsewhere if they couldn’t get me into something and he said “wish you luck” and I hung up. No TRYING at all. *****BEWARE don’t waste your time! My mom has always bought and leased and just RECENTLY leased a new Frontier off this dealership and she has now moved her business to Indy. Thanks Cronin Nissan for your poor effort! This dealership will NOT give you an itemized list of what you’re paying for (got told “we don’t do that here”) and will attempt to do a credit application on the car without knowing what you’re paying f what you’re paying for (got told “we don’t do that here”) and will attempt to do a credit application on the car without knowing what you’re paying for. Drove 4 hours to potentially purchase the car to find out I have no option if I want the ceramic coating and window tint package. I got told if I don’t want the window tint which they offer 20 and 35 percent (20% is illegal in Indiana) I’d still have to pay for it. On top of that, they said they’d need to keep the car to apply all this stuff to it when I live 4 hours away. Attempted to reason out the price (without seeing what’s being charged) and got told this is the price, take it or leave. More
