Drove 3 hours to get the Jeep I wanted. Austin was great! Austin was transparent with price and blindly offering a trade in price for my Existing vehicle. Nothing changed when I showed up. Other dealerships would not offer an online out-the-door price or lowballed my trade. Seems dealers are not taking all online inquiries seriously. I assume there are quite a few inquiries that never end up with a visit, but its the way people initially shop today.
