We worked with Matthew Beard. He was very knowledgeable, especially when we were not sure what we were looking for exactly in a Jeep. He produced several he thought we would be interested in, and showed us especially when we were not sure what we were looking for exactly in a Jeep. He recommended we test drive each version we looked at to get a feel for how each vehicle handled and felt while driving and he helped us find the best Jeep product in exactly all the parameters we were looking for. He stayed late to ensure our buying process was completed properly and quickly. The finance department was terrific and easy to work with as well. Matthew even saw that we went the wrong direction upon driving off the lot and followed us out to point us where to go! We have already recommended Cross and Matthew to others. More

In the finance department I believe it was Matt Ward who helped us navigate all our options for payment/coverage/warranty and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were confident with our decision before we signed and sealed the deal. Matt was also very friendly, helpful, and efficient. This experience was by far the easiest and most efficient time I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure.
