I arrived at lunch time on a thursday after scheduling an appointment. Was almost immediately helped, but when it came to my trade in the assessment took 50 mins before I began to walk out, then I was told " appointment. I left without even caring how much my trade was worth. Then I was called by Derek and told an offer for my vehicle, when I questioned why it was so low I was told "we had to take off money for the rebate Ford was offering" I am going to purchase else where from now on. More

The car I picked had to be transported in from Oxford and I did not see nor test drive the vehicle before I purchased it. Some minor issues did come about once I saw the vehicle in person (small door ding and a few other small issues) Mike Hudson has gone above and beyond to address the issues and I am extremely happy with his efforts to make me a very happy customer and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. I also worked with AJ on the financing end and he is awesome as well even though my 4 year old refused to name out new to us car AJ lol. Overall, this was by far the best car buying experience I have had!! More

I am a buyer who does his homework, and prefers to be left alone until i need assistance. Other than "running the gauntlet" to get into the showroom, i could not be more pleased with the interaction and left alone until i need assistance. Other than "running the gauntlet" to get into the showroom, i could not be more pleased with the interaction and subsequent results with my transaction with the folks at CrossRoads Ford. I have been bringing my 2011 Edge lease car to C/F for service, and an shortly going to get another lease car(2013 Edge) that will be serviced at C/F. Doing some research, i wanted to see the Fusion and the Edge before I made my choice. While doing research, i came upon a 2006 BMW Z4. When i got home i did some research on the car online, and requested an appointment. I promptly received a call from Archie Tyson, and an appointment was set up for the next day. I arrived at the appointed time, Mr. Tyson was occupied, but I had the opportunity to meet with Patrick Rowe; he had the car ready, we took a demo, and was impressed with the car. Patrick also suggested I look at another BMW, and also provided me with some new Mustang options in the same price range. In addition, Patrick walked me through the Crossroads website, where we found another Z4 with much less mileage and the same basic price at CrossRoads Nissan. After i did some additional online research, i contacted Patrick, and he arranged to have the Z4 transported to CrossRoads Ford. Yesterday, 8/27 i took the demo ride, liked the car, completed work with Patrick and Archie, met with Craig, and today am the proud owner of a 2006 BMW Z4. The process was professional, showed me options, and the results reflect well on the folks/process at CrossRoads Ford. I met Steve for the first time and felt very comfortable working with him. I told him what I was looking for and the options that I required. He found the vehicle for me, we went on a test drive after which he worked up the pricing information. At no time during this transaction did I feel that I was playing the "let's buy a car" game. There was no pressure, sales pitches, attempts to get me to upgrade or any of the usual events that make car buying such an unpleasant experience. Steve presented me with the sales figures with all incentives included and there was no haggling....an excellent price!!!! There was no pressure to accept the deal, it was simply laid out for me to either accept or reject. Though I had not planned on purchasing that day, the deal I was given was too good to pass up. I left that day in my new truck. Steve Schmidt was very thorough in his explanation of the features of the vehicle. He wanted to make sure that I understood all the features and controls on the truck. He led me through the process of setting up my Ford Sync account and went so far as to sync my smartphone with the vehicle before I left. I felt as though I were dealing with someone I had known for years, though we had only just met. I would and will recommend Steve Schmidt to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle. His personality, mannerisms and attention to detail are the qualities that all of us should possess. More
My experience was GREAT. I found my dream truck on the internet and spoke Michael Ketter about it. He sent my credit application via email so that I didn't have to wait. When I got to the dealership I was totally impressed. Michael Ketter had my truck ready for me in their HUGH clean showroom. I went for a test drive and within minutes was in the office with Steve Carson finishing up the last of the paperwork. He had everything lined up for me to sign and I was done in minutes. I have walked out of car dealerships before because of haggling. That was not the case here at all. It was a very pleasant experience. It started to pour down rain and Mr. Ketter offered to go out and pull the truck in for me. After all he had already done I couldn't make him go out in the rain another time. They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks bunches Mr. Ketter and Mr. Carson. More

In particular my salesman, Jean-Marie Poisson, was outstanding to do business with. He was technically sound, had great patience with my many questions, and was very attentive without being overbearing as many sales people are. He has even maintained contact with me for the past several months to make sure that I'm enjoying my new vehicle - I am. I was similarly very pleased with the finance person whose name I have forgotten. The atmosphere at Crossroads is definitely customer oriented. More
