The service team @Crossroads Ford is top-notch. I called Jon Nolan about getting routine service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) at 2:40 p.m. & he said to bring it by & he would work it in. I arrived at the dealership at 3:05 p.m. & the service was completed & I was on my way at 4:00 p.m. This "can do" attitude exhibited by Jon & the entire service staff is why I don't consider anyone else when it comes to servicing our family's vehicles.
