The people at the dealership are kind abd helpful. This last used car is a disappointment though and I had to have a new set of tires within a few months. This should not be the case of a vehicle costing almost $30,000. I was told the tires had 10% wear left when I purchased, but that did not warrant dealership replacing them.

My vehicle was towed to Bennettsville Ford after an object from the road went through my windshield. The service team was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and even offered going the extra mile by promising me a ride to the nearest car rental company. I was treated with total respect and actually felt like I was working with friends instead of the usual customer/vendor relationship. I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle through text messages and phone calls. I was even called by Judy to inform me that she had moved my vehicle inside the shop since my windshield was destroyed and rain was imminent in the Bennettsville area. I HIGHLY recommend using this dealership for any and all vehicle service work!

Mike Brinkman and Frank Nappi the finance manager made our purchase of a 2025 Maverick XLT extremely easy. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and Mike took the time to show my son how everything in the truck worked before our departure. While we were on vacation at Emerald Island I learned about a Front Lower Control Arm Ball Joint Do Not Drive recall Friday afternoon at 4:00 and we were leaving the next morning for a 9 hour drive home. I called Mike and he found a Ford dealer near us and contacted them to arrange an inspection the next morning before we left. He even called to make sure we passed inspection and everything was okay. Crossroads Ford has a great team in Mike and Frank, and Mike especially went above and beyond the type of care one usually sees nowadays. We greatly appreciate it and my son is really enjoying his new truck!

There are a lot of choices on the screen, and Joseph made sure we were comfortable with the car before we bought it. The manager of Capital Ford also allowed us to drive the vehicle to my mother's house, so we could make sure she could get in the passenger seat with no trouble. Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

I called on a truck i seen listed. They were close to my home and thought I would deal with a local dealer. I spoke with a salesman named Al Mendez. He said he could do better than the price I seen listed. He told a price. I came in drove the truck. I asked him a few questions and now I realize he evaded answering them. I gave him a credit application although I was going through my credit union. He came back and said everything is good. He gave me the paperwork and the price was different it was much higher than he told me. I asked about the price. He said he could not sell it for what he said. We had a discussion, then Al went and got the sales manager. I was pressured into buying the truck, and when i said no. He got an attitude. the sales manager asked Al about the price he gave me. Al said he was not sure did not remember. Total B S here. Al misled me on price and super high pressure. I did not buy a truck from them and recommend you do not go to Pittsboro Ford.

My vehicle was towed to Bennettsville Ford about 1-3 days before the appointment and it sat there for approximately 1 week from that day just to find out that they were unable to diagnose and fix my vehicle. They gave me the run around up until my husband and I went up there. I requested the GM numerous times and have yet to speak with him. They towed my vehicle to Darlington Ford, on their expense; which they diagnosed my vehicle as soon as they got it. However I still have to wait because the part is on back order. Bennettsville Ford left me with a tow bill of $250, because they never did any work or called in a claim for my coverage company to cover. So I've been without a vehicle for about 2 weeks. It's so sad that a business motto would be to serve and press to satisfy customers, and customers actually leave worse off than before. I don't know if it's everyone but I can say one guy (Mr. Ronnie) he laid it flat after we went up there and we came to a conclusion to forward our vehicle elsewhere. But I am a very dissatisfied customer!!! Corporate needs to know what is going on!!!!!!!!😠😡
