well it was a shaky start, The truck I was looking for popped up on their website, when I called, the sales woman new nothing about the truck and after a brief hold was only able to tell me that it was at popped up on their website, when I called, the sales woman new nothing about the truck and after a brief hold was only able to tell me that it was at the Chrysler dealer but not the reason nor a price. After a week of waiting to hear back I called again looking for a sales manager, he was on leave for a week. I picked a salesperson off of their website and Bill Bailey turned out to be a GREAT choice. Bill didn't have any info on the truck either but after I provided him their stock number (found on the original listing) he was able to call me back with details. he then called me a few days later to tell me the truck was back and an asking price for it. He advised (on his day off) that they have a strict policy of NO HOLDS on vehicles? well as I turned out I was able to get there the next day and come to a reasonable price to purchase the truck. More
