Have used CrossRoads Ford for some 15-16 years now. Going back to Crystal, then Kristi, and always found great service, treatment from them. Recently I went for just a tire rotation on my new Micheliin tires I got there and someone threw away the plastic seat protector I have set up in my Explorer so that when I need to bring the car back into my garage after working all day, hot, sweaty, and from sitting on the garage floor, I want to protect the driver leather seat. Someone at Crossroads wrote me a message that if I'd stop by they give me several seat protectors. I only need one and will go get it tomorrow. More
