It was a pleasurable experience. All staff members from the time I walked in the service department t were very friendly. It was of course going to extend my wait time but they offered valet service to take me home which was perfect because I work remotely and I scheduled out of office time for 2 hrs. Also I asked if everything can be finished prior to 2pm because I had to pick up my child from school. They delivered my vehicle back to me before time. It was a pleasure and it was a seamless process. More
