I was very happy with the experience at Crossroads Ford in Wake Forrest. I had purchased a used vehicle from them years ago and received great service, so when it was time to replace it I felt comfortable in Wake Forrest. Their excellent service department was a large factor in returning to them for a new car purchase. Our salesman Bob Kingsbery was plesant and patient, and I felt he cared more about us getting the right car for our needs so we would be happy with it than about him making a big sale. Bob has been helpful after ther sale with any questions I call him about, as this was my first new car purchase; he has made the experience a great one. More

I was very happy with my salesman,Bob. He worked very hard to get me in my Ford Escape and took care of me very well to see I had an understanding of how Satellite radio and phone hook up worked. We have purchased from this dealership in the past and have actually walked away from it because of poor service. This time, I will have to say working with Joe DiLorenzo for the actual sale and Chris Williams for the financing was a fantastic experience. Joe and Chris made the process fun. I know it's business, but Joe actually made you feel like we were all family and have known each other forever. Service is a number one for us. We had many of our problems in the past with the service dept. We have yet needed them, so time will tell if they have changed or not. As for the sales department, huge 5's and a big thank you. More

My husband and I went to test drive some cars but were not thinking of buying one yet. however, we drove home with a new EDGE.
