Would not recommend, Wants more money after purchase was complete and then refused to take responsibility for their mistake!. First off went there looking for a vehicle hadn't made up my mind on a lease or complete and then refused to take responsibility for their mistake!. First off went there looking for a vehicle hadn't made up my mind on a lease or purchase yet, as soon as Scott realized I didn't have perfect credit he passed me off to another salesperson, Micheal. Micheal was not too bad to work with although he had the typical fake enthusiasm most car salesmen have. After going over my options I decided to buy a used vehicle but didn't care for any on their lot. One of their sister locations had a Grand cherokee I was interested in and Micheal said they could transfer it over the very next day for 500 dollars, which was assured would be given back to me immediately if I didn't like it for whatever reason. Well the next day Micheal says that he is about to get the jeep at about 9am, later in the afternoon about 4pm still no call or any communication, so I call him and he says he wasn't able to get it and will have to try Monday. So Monday comes and finally go see it, we like it offer them Slightly less than what they wanted and they decline, it's still a fair price so we get it. After waiting for 2.5 hours (Micheal must've said 5 more minutes at least 12 times) they finally get the paperwork done and send us on our way. Slightly annoying process but not terrible YET. I get a call 2 weeks later saying they forgot to charge me taxes and I need to come back and pay them more so we can get our plates, after voicing my frustration the guy(who refused to give me his name) says we're sorry but it's not our fault, and if we want our tags come in and pay and hangs up! I would've rather went to a buy here pay here! More
Selling my Hyundai and NEVER buying another thanks to this service department. They are the worst mechanics I have ever encountered. I am currently on oil pan RECALL issue #5 with them. 5 times to rep this service department. They are the worst mechanics I have ever encountered. I am currently on oil pan RECALL issue #5 with them. 5 times to replace an oil pan and each time they send me out the door with an oil leak. I had another engine issue that fell under warranty, they sent me out the door with a faulty starter that sounded like a lawn mower, they argued it with me and told me it was completely normal to sound like that. I took it to my mechanic who laughed. I will never buy another Hyundai, if they boast the warranty, maybe they should check in with this shop who is completely botching any attempt to use the "great" warranty! More
Please listen to all the other 1 star ratings! Do not waste your time and mental health to this dealership! The sales consultant was great, but rest of the people in this dealership are ignorant people. I waste your time and mental health to this dealership! The sales consultant was great, but rest of the people in this dealership are ignorant people. I gave them a 1 star rating and they asked me to re-review them, so the higher ups don't see that their customer was not happy. This dealership is totally misrepresenting Hyundai company and their reputation. If you are considering a Hyundai car, please go somewhere else. More

Within the first few weeks of ownership the vehicle broke down and left me stranded in a drive-thru in Longmont with cars in front of us and behind us. One week later the car broke down AGAIN on a six lane section of I-25 with my small child in the vehicle. We found ourselves in a very precarious and scary position at that time. My mechanic tells me the car cannot be recovered or repaired and has put the car in his "suspicious" category. It is dead. 36 days after purchase from Crossroads Hyundai. Prior to purchase I was assured they had their mechanic inspect every vehicle and there were no known issues apart from a broken window regulator which we agreed they would fix upon purchase. The ad they posted for the vehicle (which I attached to this review) claims the engine to this particular vehicle is "tried and true". Prior to its death on I25 I purchased a new set of tires for this vehicle and paid for other minor repairs to be done within the first month. The vehicle, the new tires, and elective repairs - thousands and thousands of dollars down the drain. This dealership took my money, my trade-in Volvo, and ran. For six days I called and e-mailed Crossroads Hyundai in the hopes of having a conversation about the situation. Nope. Only after posting an online review did anyone take notice. Their way of trying to rectify the situation? They actually tried to sell me another, more expensive vehicle. I would have to be insane to purchase anything further from them. They feel absolutely no ethical responsibility to rectify the situation. Thanks to them I'm a single mom with a small child facing a winter either completely without a car or significantly deeper in debt than I want to go. We chose to purchase from this dealership to avoid a shady experience. I made it incredibly clear that reliability was my number one concern. I feel taken advantage of, lied to, stolen from, and gaslighted. Additionally, it took seven weeks - until September - to receive the title and paperwork from Crossroads Hyundai. They lied to me about including taxes in the purchase price. They only included one of the necessary taxes and I ended up having to shell out hundreds more at the DMV to register the heap of junk they sold me. And they took my beautiful, vintage Volvo 240 as I traded it for a lie. Perhaps they would argue they had no knowledge of the situation with the car (which no expert I have consulted with believes). However, as licensed and bonded experts in their professional field of used automobile sales it is their duty to know what they are selling. So, either they lied about the vehicle's condition or they neglected their professional duties as experts. In my opinion, this dealership and the people who sold me this car behaved unscrupulously, and unethically. In my opinion, they are criminal. I HIGHLY recommend running in the other direction from this place. As I read reviews across the internet, I don't seem to be the only victim. More
Having purchased a used car from this dealer over 2 years ago and having the engine blow within a couple of months of driving the car off the lot I have a long list of issues with this dealership. The 1st is ago and having the engine blow within a couple of months of driving the car off the lot I have a long list of issues with this dealership. The 1st issues is with the BS warranty they offered on the used car, while it was being sold to us it was said to cover the cost of anything that could happen to the car and that is the best thing in the world. me working in a field where I do warranty work daily I bought the warranty feeling the sales associate might be over hyping the warranty a bit but it could help to have the peace of mind. once the engine blew not only was it a battle with the dealership to even get them to help they told me straight up that I would have to cover the shop charges labor and parts totaling over $9000, (somewhere in the ball park of $4000 for the engine due to lack of supply, and $5000 for shop charges) this was not feedable for me to do out of pocket so I worked with the shop we were at to see what options we had, the has since been sitting in the lot of shop waiting on the dealership to approve the replacement or get a deal with them to get my car fixed. I had called multiple people at the dealership and even worked with warranty company who said they would not cover me at all given the time frame it was the dealer's responsibly to take care of this. even from what the mechanic found this issue should have been found at the dealer before the car was even put on the lot for sale, and if was found they should have noted it somewhere with the car. This issue has been on going for over 2 years and I have given up hope of this dealer making anything right with all the pain and suffering they have caused me over this time. this review might be 2 years old and the way they do their work might have improved over the last 2 years, but I doubt it, they had over 2 years to make it right with me and have yet to do so. TLDR: Dealership over promised and failed to even get close to fulfilling their promise, engine issues that could have been found from well before the car was given to them was sold and they refuse to take responsibility for shady practice's. If they are your last hope of getting a car go to private sells on social media sites, you'll find listing that are not only more honest but the vehicle will last you longer for you money. More

With the snow we were hesitant to travel but decided to go anyways because it was a good deal and I really wanted it. We were 10 minutes away from the dealership when the salesman informed us they sold it to someone else. They couldn’t even have the courtesy to hold the car for us knowing we were traveling far to come check it out!! More
I would give them zero stars if possible. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They bait and switch ($300 for nitrous in my tires? $700 "delivery" fee?"). When confronte the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They bait and switch ($300 for nitrous in my tires? $700 "delivery" fee?"). When confronted, they threatened to report my purchased vehicle stolen knowing I was a stay-at-home mom with 3 children and a husband working out of town. The owner is a weasel who tricks his salesmen into thinking they're being honest. It is 3 months later and we still cannot register my vehicle as they refuse to return our calls to get a copy of the bill of sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
Purchased our second car from Crossroads Hyundai today. While buying a car always is stressful, they were willing to negotiate the price to an acceptable deal for both of us. We are happy with our purchase While buying a car always is stressful, they were willing to negotiate the price to an acceptable deal for both of us. We are happy with our purchase and the we were treated. As with any major purchase, read your docs to avoid any confusion, and be sure you are signing what you agreed to. I will once again be happy to tell anyone who asks where I purchased my New Hyundai Tucson. More
