Overall a good place in a nice location. I’m used to having a Mercedes’ though the experience is way different. Nobody comes out to your car to greet you and when they see it’s a carvana car I’m used to having a Mercedes’ though the experience is way different. Nobody comes out to your car to greet you and when they see it’s a carvana car they seem to not care as much about customer appreciation. The communication about your final receipt could be better. Ie: actually telling you when you will need new tires , when you need wiper blades , when you will need a cabin air filter etc…. I could have bought my vehicle from the dealer but the customer service from carvana and the buying process is just better with less headache and hidden fees More
