Matt Perry contacted me on 4/23 to obtain additional information on the problem. He advised he would be back in touch the next day. Chris Arnold called the next day and advised he was working on the issues. The mechanical problem is covered under the TSB and parts were being ordered. Once they have the parts, he will call and schedule a time for the repair to be completed.
