Pleasant Experience My Acura service rep was Tina. She was very pleasant in her interactions with me in person and by phone. Tina took the time to research my vehicle warranty with the other dealership where I purchased from, and got most of my repairs covered by warranty. Additionally, she did inform me of some service items regarding the vehicle that I was not aware of, so that was very helpful for me since I did purchase my Acura Certified Pre-Owned. Tina called me with regular updates surrounding my repairs since my vehicle was in the shop for 5 days. I felt comfortable and taken care of in my overall experience. More
