Regarding your concern about your Garmin GPS missing, we have many vehicles moving in and out of our shop, so we have put in place secure practices to prevent incidents like this from happening. Your vehicle was a stolen recovery vehicle towed to the Collision Center; if you can, please provide a picture of the GPS in the car when delivered to us, and we would be happy to replace it. Thank you, I've followed up with my insurance and they have started to process my refund. They needed further paperwork because my receipt of what I paid for my repair and the information they received was about $700.00 different. The adjuster reached out and was able to get the necessary paperwork. So that issue has been resolved.
