My uncle liked the car but he wanted to test drive a few other makes. We returned two more times, met with Jeff both times, and he answered all of my uncle's questions about the car. Jeff was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The third visit was a charm as my uncle purchased the car at an fairly easily agreed on price. Decisions... decisions! I came into the dealership looking to either buy out an existing lease (purchase the vehicle) on my 2015 Acadia Denali, or turn it in and purchase or I came into the dealership looking to either buy out an existing lease (purchase the vehicle) on my 2015 Acadia Denali, or turn it in and purchase or lease new. Jeff went over the costs with me of all my options and it was pretty clear the least expensive option was to just buy out the car from my existing lease. The extenuating circumstances were that my 2015 Acadia had an overhead display that I loved and the newer models no longer had that feature. Any way Jeff and Mark made the financing of my vehicle purchase quick, easy, and most importantly left me feeling confident that I was making the best decision for my finances and my driving comfort. Jeff also introduced me to the service department as I'm a recent Florida transplant and will now be having my vehicle serviced at their highly rated dealership. More
