At first, I did not want to speak to anyone by Amy was so friendly and knowlegeable, I decided to listen to what she had to say. After taking a thorough assessment of my needs, she recommended a truck, pulled it up, and we went for the test drive. While on the drive, she explained all of the features and had me use them to make sure I understood. Wow, never had a sales person go this far before. I bought the Sierra 2500 and love it. Engine light on my GMC Terrain Dave Biagi met me with a smile. Took me to his desk area and proceeded with paperwork and after he saw my truck he recommended a front alignment, som Dave Biagi met me with a smile. Took me to his desk area and proceeded with paperwork and after he saw my truck he recommended a front alignment, something I never noticed in last few weeks, and also he informed me I was past due on my transmission service. Well, why not do it all along with finding out about the engine light. I really appreciate Dave keeping my truck in such fine condition. He then made sure I got a ride home and when my truck was ready he sent a young lady to pick me up. Thank you Dave for taking such good care of my vehicle.
