I look no further than Crown Buick GMC I take all 3 GM family vehicles to Crown for service and maintenance. I only take them there, nowhere else. There are many other places much closer I take all 3 GM family vehicles to Crown for service and maintenance. I only take them there, nowhere else. There are many other places much closer to where I live, Palm Harbor, that I could take them, but I prefer to drive an extra 20 minutes to make sure my vehicles are looked over, and handled, by the most qualified people in the entire Tampa Bay area. I also need the most qualified, as my job requires that I drive over 40,000 miles each year. And, yes, I do see my family and spend plenty of time with them. I digress. Anyhow, I cannot afford for any one of the vehicles to be down. Optimal running condition has to be a foregone conclusion with any of our family vehicles. So, when I visit Crown, there are many nice and friendly people. However, since I can’t list them all, I’ll narrow it down to just two. And these two really stand out. Greg Berry, my advisor and Brian Hartford, my superstar technician. Each of them have multiple decades worth of experience and they have both earned my trust, many years ago. They each know my vehicles as if it was their own. They always do what’s in my best interest. I would like to note that Brian Hartford is extremely good at diagnosing a problem, even if the computers are unable to. Like a true professional, he doesn’t give up on a problem, when most others would. I know, because I’ve seen it firsthand. He is truly an asset to the Crown team. There is no other technician, in the entire Tampa Bay area, that I feel comfortable leaving my vehicles with, than Brian. He'll get the job done, no matter what, in a very honest way. I typically wait for the vehicles and Crown Buick GMC has probably the nicest waiting room I’ve ever seen. I usually work on my laptop and get some work done. When I check out, Doris is always very friendly and helpful. The whole experience is very good. If the cars need service that is where I take them. More

Simply Amazing I am so pleased with the service I received on 5/2/17. I took my vehicle in to see what was causing it to just stop on me in traffic. Well Christopher I am so pleased with the service I received on 5/2/17. I took my vehicle in to see what was causing it to just stop on me in traffic. Well Christopher Sullo was an exceptional service host. Christopher told me that it may be covered under the warranty. That was just awesome news to me. I felt like I hit the jackpot. I have never gone into a dealer to have my vehicle repaired and walked away without paying .01 cent. I really appreciate Christopher for his honesty. We need this type of service world wide. More
