Lisa Guttery - Fantastic Sales Consultant! I was looking for a small SUV for my wife and had been to a few dealerships during my search. I did not want the high pressure sales approach and was I was looking for a small SUV for my wife and had been to a few dealerships during my search. I did not want the high pressure sales approach and was interested in building a customer/sales relationship whereby I could plan on buying my next several vehicles. Lisa Guttery at Crown Automotive in St. Petersburg fully understands the importance of customer service. She listened to my vehicle needs and presented me a few options. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE. She worked at my pace and not hers. When our schedules couldn't align and I wanted to return for a test drive she set up an appointment with her store manager and another sales consultant to ensure our needs were met. When it came down to finding the exact styling of the model we were interested in, she was patient and found exactly what we wanted. If you're looking for a sales professional that puts your needs first and not a high pressure sales approach, I highly suggest you reach out to her. You will be glad you did. I prefer to drive the vehicle from Tampa and use these guys rather then service I was receiving at a differant dealer in Tampa. I can always count on being in and out for an oil change and its always washed! Service for Canadian traveller While travelling to Florida from Ontario Canada, my 2015 GMC terrain was due for an oil change. I called Crown Buick GMC in the morning and was able While travelling to Florida from Ontario Canada, my 2015 GMC terrain was due for an oil change. I called Crown Buick GMC in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day. We were greeted by very friendly staff. Bill in service looked after us. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that I was entitled for 4 free oil changes. They even honoured our free oil change since this was a GM promotion and not specific to a dealership. Included with the oil change was tire rotation, safety inspection and a complimentary car wash. Very happy with the service and if we ever need a GM dealership while in Florida again wouldn't hesitate to contact them. More
