Wonderful service We had to have the gas tank replaced due to a GMC recall. We called Crown Buick GMC and they checked and verified that we did, in fact, have to have We had to have the gas tank replaced due to a GMC recall. We called Crown Buick GMC and they checked and verified that we did, in fact, have to have our tank replaced. They ordered the tank and said they would let us know when in was at their location. When it arrived they called and set up an appointment to have it installed. We took in to the car and the tank was replaced while we waited. They even washed the car after the installation was completed. William Hevel is the guy to call when you need exceptional service. More

A GMC Dealer that treats you like Family,painless experience We were searching for a GMC Denali truck for a few weeks. Every dealer had some sort of issue with the incentives, understanding how to use it, which We were searching for a GMC Denali truck for a few weeks. Every dealer had some sort of issue with the incentives, understanding how to use it, which resulted in lack of trust. Right off the bat Amy understood our problem and directed us to Jarrad. Jarrad had all the facts, numbers, and was able to clearly articulate what it would take. Tony C had all the vehicle facts and was very knowledgeable. I'm glad I decided to drive the 40 miles from Wesley chapel to purchase here. The service was second to none. Amy treated my kids like her family, with free WIFI, popcorn and drinks while we got the paperwork done, which was all waiting for us neatly when arrived. When we were ready for finance, Cassandra did it fast and quick, with no gimmicks, exactly what was discussed. We will be purchasing many more GMC products from this dealership in the future. William Havel Great Job!! I called for a 30k service appointment and was able to get it on the date and time I requested. William was there to greet me and set up the service.
