William Havel Great Job!! I called for a 30k service appointment and was able to get it on the date and time I requested. William was there to greet me and set up the service. He explained everything that would be performed on this service and gave me a time estimate. The work was performed on time and with excellent service. Service Repair with Dave Biagi - Such a pleasant experience! My wife dropped her car off to get the back up camera fixed because it was going in and out. This was our first time dealing with Dave Biagi. Dave My wife dropped her car off to get the back up camera fixed because it was going in and out. This was our first time dealing with Dave Biagi. Dave went, in our opinion, above and beyond to replace the faulty camera. He explained what the problems were, what was needed to fix the problem and replaced the camera to our total satisfaction. Not, only was he a professional, he is very customer minded, knowledgeable and makes customers feel that their business is appreciated. I picked up our car and met Dave and he was everything the salesman said he was and more. It is indeed pleasure to have Dave as our guy for maintenance professional. Outstanding job David! Wonderful people, Wonderful service Bought my Buick about 3-4 months ago from this same dealership. Took it in for its 1st service on Tuesday, December 8th. was greeted by William(Bill) Bought my Buick about 3-4 months ago from this same dealership. Took it in for its 1st service on Tuesday, December 8th. was greeted by William(Bill) Hevel in the drive with "hello" and a smile. He asked if I had any problems or concerns, wrote my service ticket, showed me the lounge, asked if I wanted a coffee or tea. Made me feel comfortable while I waited. He kept me informed of how my service was coming along. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. Car came back to me not only serviced but CLEAN!! I would recommend Mr Hevel to everyone!!
