Best i have dealt with! I brought my 06 Lucerne in for extensive service and costs were borderline to repair or trade. Mark Ruset and then Bill Hevel worked with me to get th I brought my 06 Lucerne in for extensive service and costs were borderline to repair or trade. Mark Ruset and then Bill Hevel worked with me to get the costs within my constraints and really appeared to enjoy it. They both were a joy to work with. Both Buick and the Crown Buick dealership should be proud to have them working for them. More

They make it SO easy to bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance using email remin Absolutely wonderful customer service department at Crown Buick. They make it SO easy to bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance using email reminders and an online scheduler. Upon arrival, I am always greeted warmly and promptly. Michael is a magnificent advisor and remembers me every time when I come in, but all of the service employees seem genuinely happy to help and are very friendly. I've been very satisfied with the service performed thus far. The complimentary car wash is a nice touch, and I have also used the shuttle service to get to work which is extremely convenient. More

Fantastic Experience We took our troubled 2008 GMC Yukon to Crown after consulting with a number of area mechanics and auto technicians, who had failed to correct a noisy We took our troubled 2008 GMC Yukon to Crown after consulting with a number of area mechanics and auto technicians, who had failed to correct a noisy problem in the rear end. Everything from bent wheels, improper alignment, axle bearings, axle, bent drive shafts and bearings in the differential had been diagnosed as the problem. Crown's service adviser Mike Gregory took immediate care after our early morning arrival. He said he thought he could have the car diagnosed and corrected by the end of the day. He was courteous, efficient and professional and had me heading home in a courtesy car within a short period of time. Later in the day, Mike called with news that our GMC Yukon was ready for pick up. Not only was that unbelievably quick service, but the problem was remedied and the final price was substantially below what others had quoted us. To say we were thrilled would be a gross understatement! . More
