I brought my car in on Monday 11/4 for scheduled service to change a tail light. I waited 2 hours only to find out they did not start on it because I mentioned some other issues. This was incredibly poor customer service and communication. In addition I found Kaitlin very aloof. I do not want her as a service advisor ever again. More
