My recent visit for service was on an emergency basis. My Esdalade failed to start, just when my wife and I were scheduled for a Get-A-Way Weekend. I called and spoke to your Service Advisr Freddy Baez. My Esdalade failed to start, just when my wife and I were scheduled for a Get-A-Way Weekend. I called and spoke to your Service Advisr Freddy Baez. I advised Freddy of my plight and he immediatly advised me to come in so that you could diagnois the problem. Sufficed to say, we were on the road in less then an hour and on our way. Although, we experienced an unexpeted expense, it was worth the peace of mind and therefore in this instance the cost for the peace was priceless. Good Save!!! Crown Cadillac is where I purchased my SRX and is local enough for me to bring my vehicle there. Fabio is my salesperson and has always been available for me during the sale and after the sale. I asked to have my car washed and the interior vacuumed and was advised that was not part of the washing car service (Bill did not tell me this). However, the interior of my SRX WAS vacuumed and I assume Bill made that happen. More
