"Impeccable" customer service On Friday October 20, 2017 I arrived at Crown of Chattanooga for an oil change on my 2012 Fiat Sport. I have had my vehicle serviced here since I purchased my Fiat. The reason is the "Impeccable" customer service I consistently receive. Sounding like a broken record in this case, is a good thing. I can't say enough times how Judy McDowell is a customer service icon. She has got this down to a science. With her courteous, approachable, knowledgeable demeanor, she continues to provide the type of customer service that brings people back. P.S. I have to give a shout out to Lathon Biggs also.
