Had to bring my 2018 Caravan in for major repairs. Dropped it off with Cody and the crew went to work. They provided a shuttle service for me to get home and back to the dealer when a courtesy car was Dropped it off with Cody and the crew went to work. They provided a shuttle service for me to get home and back to the dealer when a courtesy car was available. It took four days total to get the car done because we had to wait for parts to arrive. Cody kept in contact with me every step of the way and made me feel like a VIP customer. Best service in town! More

Where to start? During a pandemic our engine blew up. It was heating breaking to say the least. No ideas on what we could do, we brought our truck to Crown and got Cody as our advisor. He was professional, courteous, very efficient. Working with us he fought for the warranty and got us a brand new engine even though the warranty people were looking for every excuse not to replace the engine.
