Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. We’ve had the car for 2.5 years and it’s been serviced multiple times and not once has it been a positive experience. Car has been in the shop 3 times for had the car for 2.5 years and it’s been serviced multiple times and not once has it been a positive experience. Car has been in the shop 3 times for the same issue, each time they keep the car for days/weeks and refuse to schedule a loaner car that we desperately need. I honestly do not know how they are still in business. The services associates are rude and unwilling to help with anything. I recommend you go ANYWHERE else to have service. I literally want to cry when I know I have to contact them. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! More

Dishonest sales person Terry Robey My daughter who is 27 went to the dealership to buy a car on her own. Terry Robey was her salesperson. She had an internet ad reflecting a $6K discount on a 2019 Jeep. Terry told her the ad was a mistake but he would honor the pricing. My daughter called me as the deal was closing. Terry wouldn't negotiate on the pricing and he told me the discount was a mistake. Terry is a smooth talker and he took advantage of my daughter's naivety/lack of experience purchasing a vehicle. I'm in a different state and couldn't help. A few days later I looked on the website and the discount on a similar vehicle is listed as $6K. If this is a mistake as Terry said - why isn't it fixed? We looked around afterwards, and we noted similar vehicles starting price listed at different dealerships at the net price that Terry told us is a mistake. Do not trust him.. More
