Happy customer Had my '18 Durango SRT in for service for which we had scheduled a part replacement from a prior visit. Crown made it easy to schedule a service appoi Had my '18 Durango SRT in for service for which we had scheduled a part replacement from a prior visit. Crown made it easy to schedule a service appointment for routine service and for the part replacement, which wound up taking a couple of days. However, they communicated that the work would take longer than a day or so and provided me a loaner without my having to ask. So far, all work appears well done and my hat goes of to Dusty Angland, the service advisor who definitely cared that the work was done properly and that I was satisfied. Mission accomplished. More
