Recall on my Jeep Cherokee Took my Jeep Cherokee in for a recall and Jeff Honeycutt said it would be out ASAP. Easy Experience Great experience! I inquired about a 2015 Odyssey which hadn’t even made the lot or completed any inspections through the website on Thursday night an Great experience! Routine Service - Grand Cherokee Dropped off in mid morning for unscheduled oil change. Expected late afternoon for finish, but wasn't back at work long and got the call it was finis Dropped off in mid morning for unscheduled oil change. Expected late afternoon for finish, but wasn't back at work long and got the call it was finished. Done before lunch time. Thought that was fast considering I didn't have an appointment. Beth Winters, reviewed the maintenance interval options with me, prior to the oil change and ultimately I asked them to just do the oil change and check the air filters. Upon pickup, Beth reviewed the work that was done and that my filters were still in good shape and even informed me I had 1 free tire rotation left and when it was expired. That was a neat touch as I wouldn't have known that otherwise. Had a pleasant experience with Beth. Good job! More
