They aren't worth a dang! The finance manager is pushy and rude. I was told the car came with xm satellite radio capability and 3 months free xm. After all the paperwork was signed they said the car is not XM capable and that I'd not get the 3 months free xm radio. They also didn't clean the car to my specs. I'm glad they have a 7 day 500 mile trial. I'll be returning it this Friday. The owners manual was also missing from the vehicle. I need this to get this as a certified pre owned hyundai. More

Very poor business practices Our Ram Promaster 1500 van has been in your shop over a month and the problem is still not know but the tech had the flu, then the service writer had Our Ram Promaster 1500 van has been in your shop over a month and the problem is still not know but the tech had the flu, then the service writer had to make several trips to the hospital, I'm sorry for the illness but how does this effect my van from being worked on! I just asked to be kept informed on the status of my van and they couldn't even give me that courtesy...And now today I went to Crown to check on my van personally and its no where to be found on the lot including inside the service department bays! Now my van is missing in action from the dealers lot with some of my personal property in it, no telling who has had the chance to look through it. I am very upset with the way Crown service dept has handled this whole matter. The next step will be to turn it over to someone who can help resolve the matter and I still have no idea where my van is actually at! This has gone way too far and I have been patient thus far but that is about to change in a big way...this needs to be addressed immediately! More
