They were patient, caring, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my choice. The manager, Mr. White, was a clear and fair at all times. Everyone at Crown Chrysler made me feel part of the family and I will definitely do business with them again. My paperwork was organized in a way I can easily file it at home. Mark Tanner (Finances) showed me the many options for service and warranty, I got a great deal on oil changes and parts replacement. Service department Tim O’Brien took car of the many problems my daughter’s car had. He did everything that I asked. He kept be informed of the timeframe and the costs. Great service experience Jeff Honeycutt was outstanding. We took our Grand Caravan in for an issue and he let us know up front about the $90 diagnostic fee. Top Notch Service I have been to Crown Service Dept. ever since I purchased my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport from Crown Chattanooga. I went in on 1/9/18 for an oil change and to I have been to Crown Service Dept. ever since I purchased my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport from Crown Chattanooga. I went in on 1/9/18 for an oil change and to check the reason the "check engine" light was on. My service advisor was Judy McDowell. Judy greeted me right away and as usual was very pleasant and professional. Judy was expeditious in getting back with me and letting me know the issue with the check engine light. Apparently the battery was going bad and had low voltage. We discussed my options. Judy has always been honest and upfront with me and is not pushy, in reference to having you purchase a service/part. Judy is genuine and actually cares about the customer and the quality of service she provides. Something you don't find very often. THANK YOU JUDY. More
