Doug was very helpful in explaining all of our options (Charger models, financing choices, etc.) and he and Kenny made us the deal we were looking for. Taralynne made the financial/legal paperwork a breeze, too. Crown Dodge will definitely continue to get our business!! More

Daniel Flower, our sales rep, went way beyond the call of duty in his efforts to make sure we had the right Jeep for us. His patience, kindness, understanding, humor and product knowledge was out standing. We have purchased several cars in our thirty years living in Chattanooga but this was the best experience by far. After all "Sales" is were it all starts and if you walk before the sale is finished the rest doesn't count. Major engine repair I originally came into the dealership to diagnose an engine misfire issue i had been having for a while and could never seem to get it fixed. Judy and I originally came into the dealership to diagnose an engine misfire issue i had been having for a while and could never seem to get it fixed. Judy and the tech dug into the problem and found that my heads were warped. Although this was bad news the team lead by Judy to research and repair my vehicle were amazing. Judy made sure i was informed of the progress consistently and if any problems arose. Judy also made sure i had a loaner car to drive while the repairs to my vehicle were being completed. Judy went above and beyond to research and cover all options with me as well. She did an outstanding job in regards to the repair on my truck as well as making sure i was inconvenienced as little as possible. More
