I was satisfied over all with the service I received. Service Center Associate was friendly courteous and helpful. Answered most of my questions and offered options for those he could not. Services performed seemed to be satisfactory overall. Only complaint I have is that for $262 to change the diesel fuel filters parts and labor. My expectation is, me the customer, wouldn't have had to reset the fuel filter life counter. Not that big of a deal it required me to stop the truck turn the engine and turn key back to Run position and reset the filter life counter via the instrument cluster menu controls. I have a very technical background & am very mechanically inclined and familiar with reset processes and procedures after performing scheduled maintenance. Less than five minutes and I had corrected the issue. Again no problem for me and I knew to check the counter once I was back in the truck and on the road. I should have caught it prior to leaving the service center and made them take care of the issue. As I say no problem anymore I fixed it at my next stop after leaving the dealership. I suspect that the average customer would not have caught the issue or would have probably not been as quick to spot the missed step. Had it not been for the missed step and me having to do it myself they would have gotten a 5 star review. More

He made recommendations for how I could obtain financing with my less-than-perfect credit, which were spot-on. The Car Fax data was shared at my request without hesitation, while we were discussing the vehicle, and I was given another copy as part of the standard paperwork package the next day when we were closing the deal. The window sticker price turned out to be in error in my favor. The dealership honored the listed price in a polite and friendly manner. Taralynne Stricklin was also very fast and friendly and professional as she helped us get the financial documentation completed. The entire process was friendly, professional, and fast. I actually enjoyed my exchange with Mr. Smith, and Ms. Stricklin and found them to be very personable and engaging individuals, as well as knowledgeable and helpful professionals. More
