Overbooked I scheduled an appointment for 8:40 A.M. I did not get out until 11:30. The only reason that I said yes on the recommendation is because of my servic I scheduled an appointment for 8:40 A.M. I did not get out until 11:30. The only reason that I said yes on the recommendation is because of my service adviser, Taylor Simmons. He came out and told us the problem and is very personable. I will not, however, wait over 3 hours again. I spent half of my Saturday at the dealership for an oil change even when I had an appointment! More

I had to drive 580 miles to pick my new truck but would do it again in the near future for another purchase. When first contacting the dealership I spoke with Darrell. He was by far one of the best salesman I've had the pleasure of working with. Darrell is not pushing, over bearing, nagging, or pressuring in anyone. Most salesman are trying to tell you you're getting a good deal before you even feel you're getting one. Working with Larry to get a price we both feel good about was easy. Mark the finance admin was helping putting the deal together. I will definitely go back for another purchase with this great dealership. More

Service as expected! Brought 2012 JGC in for recall work. My service advisor was Judy McDowell. Judy was very knowledgeable of work necessary for recall repair and gave Brought 2012 JGC in for recall work. My service advisor was Judy McDowell. Judy was very knowledgeable of work necessary for recall repair and gave a good estimate of when JGC would be ready. Additionally, she noted a few other items that needed to be addressed, but I opted to wait until next scheduled maintenance to take care of. Work was completed by the time I returned to pick up vehicle, but it was still on lift. The tech had gone to lunch, but Judy had someone else get it down and ready to go pronto. More
