Craig Pesnell took the time to talk to me on the phone to go through the details of my trade in and a possible purchase. His respect and professionalism on the phone was enough for me to want to work with this dealership, which is over an hour from our home. After I got off the phone, I was happy to report back to my husband that Crown was going to be our choice of dealerships.
