Took my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in to have rotation and balance done. Before I took it my car drove perfect. They claimed there were more problems and had my car for over 3 months. When I finally get it ba balance done. Before I took it my car drove perfect. They claimed there were more problems and had my car for over 3 months. When I finally get it back it started as a noise in the rear end but progressed to it not being able to pull out of my work parking lot. They send a wrecker to pick it up but claim they cant give me a loaner car. I keep trying to talk to them about the problem but they keep talking in circles. I have talked to Management & Service department and a few of them talk to me like I don't know what I'm talking about. More
