I was recommended to check out service dept at Crown in VTA. Gary was amazing. Very kind and cared about my needs for my Pacifica. I appreciated his honesty with my needs to only have done what is necessar VTA. Gary was amazing. Very kind and cared about my needs for my Pacifica. I appreciated his honesty with my needs to only have done what is necessary at the moment as money is low. I'll be returning when I can afford the repairs. My appointment was disappointing and a partial waste of time because my vehicle needed an electrical/software update due to a recall, and I was not informed in advance that the WiFi was down at the dealers time because my vehicle needed an electrical/software update due to a recall, and I was not informed in advance that the WiFi was down at the dealership and thus the update could not be completed. Then, the employee said she would call me when WiFi was back up and running, and she never did. Furthermore, she made a follow up appointment for me, and when I arrived, she wasn't even working that day! It was truly unbelievable. Luckily another employee was available to help me out, and my time was not wasted a second visit. More
