It was time for another service maintenance visit and I had the pleasure again of working with Tom Cammarata in the service Dept. I have been working with Tom for many years now and he has always, and does had the pleasure again of working with Tom Cammarata in the service Dept. Karl-Eric Rigaud was a pleasure to work with. His communication was excellent and closing on the car was very easy. We did all of it through email and text, which I appreciate. Tom Cammarata is a wonderful service advisor. He listens to what we have to say and gets the repairs done to our satisfaction. He is great with our now 17 year old son when he takes the car in for service. to what we have to say and gets the repairs done to our satisfaction.
