First time utilizing the service department with Mercedes as Crown. Bruno Onetti is fantastic. We had an issue with the vehicle in OH and the dealership there had a great personnel but did not fix the issu as Crown. Bruno Onetti is fantastic. I was out of town & in need of wiper blades, I called this location and spoke with Andy- who was pleasant from the beginning to end. He told me to come over and they would take care of me. I recently picked up my Mercedes Benz from Crown Eurocars and I'm in love with it. It is a beautiful yellow CLA 250 with all the power, ease of driving, & fun gadgets and lights you can think of in this tec and I'm in love with it. It is a beautiful yellow CLA 250 with all the power, ease of driving, & fun gadgets and lights you can think of in this tech world. The ambient lights just top it all off. The truth is that all I had to do was tell my sales person, Zoltan Krempaszky, that I wanted something exciting, fun, sporty and good looking... and within an hour, he had the exact car for me to come in and see. He was so upbeat, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. It was the best car shopping experience I've had. He heard what I was saying and understood exactly what would make me excited about driving. Crown has been very good to me and Zoltan is definitely exceptional.
