I look forward to working with Dave Siskin every time I purchase or lease a new car. I just leased another one from Crown and it was so easy and comfortable. Since I have worked with Dave before I know he is a caring and kind man who genuinely wants to see his customers ecstatically happy after their purchase . Most of all you can trust him to give you a good deal and take care of your needs and he listens well. I was grateful they gave me a great deal on my car since I have been coming to them for car needs for years. So thankful for Dave and the whole team . I also had great experiences with Alex, a well dressed smart young man who helped me several times to get to know my new car, and my new service tech Andy Kinner who was happy to come out and help me with a question I had about locking mechanisms. Thanks Crown , it’s always a pleasure coming to the new beautiful facility in Pinellas Park for anything at all. More

I had the worst experience with the service department and their representative Andy Kinner. I recommend you stay far away from Crown Euro Cars. If your Mercedes is having issues please take it to another and their representative Andy Kinner. I recommend you stay far away from Crown Euro Cars. If your Mercedes is having issues please take it to another reputable dealer like Mercedes of Tampa Bay! I brought my AMG in because it was having a electrical draw on the battery. They claimed because it was a aftermarket battery it was not made for my car even though it is. They then charged me a ridiculous amount of diagnostic even though they refused to diagnose the battery draw. Thankfully I took it over to MB of Tampa and had the issue resolved. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere. More
