I recently Got my GLE 53 AMG from Crown Mercedes. They just started importing this model this year and the car is beyond amazing. It has technology that I didn't dream even existed. When I called the CEO, just started importing this model this year and the car is beyond amazing. It has technology that I didn't dream even existed. When I called the CEO, he referred me to Larry Chapman, who was the most knowledgeable regarding the AMG line. Larry told me exactly what to order when we were building my car and it couldn't have turned out more amazing. I've bought a lot of cars over my life, but I've never had a better, more first class experience. My law partner, who is a collector also had a "best ever" experiece buying a car from Laary. We give Larry our highest recommendation and we loved our Crown Mercedes experience. Thanks also to Daniel Bellemare who also took time to make us feel like royalty. I'll never shop anywhere else! I am very happy I was able to work with Jim throughout the entire process. He assisted with insight and info early in the process as I was determining options for the build. Jim was also able to secure a the entire process. He assisted with insight and info early in the process as I was determining options for the build. Jim was also able to secure a spot on MB production calendar, which was likely the only way it was even possible to get this van before 2021. He then relayed occasional updates on the production order status, as informed by MB. The final sales/delivery process was relatively painless, as we did so much remotely before even arriving on site. Further, Jim has a wealth of information and vendors/resources for those looking to upfit your van, and makes himself accessible to help in any way he can. Thanks Jim!! More

Well, it took me a while to settle on what i need. I looked at other alternatives for a high roof van. Then i narrowed my focus down to the Sprinter van. I had two test drives with Jim. He was very patient and answered all my questions, even the unusual ones. He pushed me ever so gently to make up my mind, so i did. I never liked sports cars, so i have higher perspective with this vehicle. Lots of plans getting the solar panels on it etc. Still early in the game, i should read the manual first, hopefully tomorrow get into it. I have a feeling that i am getting into a relationship with Mercedes, this never happened before. I can recommend Jim for he is a knowledgeable dealer. Actually, he is the second dealer in my life that i don't mind seeing again. I hope i will have good experiences all the way. More
