Wally is fantastic. We previously leased our ML350 and purchased a Jeep Wrangler from him. Now we are very happy with our new GLA250. He always kept in touch and has provided exceptional knowledge and expertise. What we are NOT happy with is the loaner car system (rental). To be shuttled to Enterprise, wait in the heat for 45 minutes until they could get a car ready or wait for one to come in is extremely poor service for Mercedes customers. There were plenty of nice vehicles on the Enterprise lot but not available, apparently because they are reserved, so what’s left is a choice of a poor condition minivan or Hyundai Accent. Unacceptable. We’ll pass on the “rental” next time. In the past when we had our ML350 we were always given a comparable vehicle as a loaner. For the past 3 years with Lexus we likewise were given another Lexus. Usually you can expect to “get what you pay for” but not in this case. At a minimum, Mercedes customers should be able to reserve ahead with Enterprise when booking a service at Crown. More

Neville, Nicole & Marc assisted with my purchase of a new car at Crown Eurocars. Because of their diligence it was a smooth and effortless transaction. I have been leasing for 20+ years and this is one of the smoothest transactions I have participated in. Marc the finance manager took me through everything seamlessly. Daniel, the general manger followed up during and after to ensure my satisfaction. Neville, my sales executive went truly above and beyond to earn my business. They did just that, they earned it and will keep it. I compared every other similar dealership within a 100 miles and Crown Eurocars brought the best deal to the table. The professionalism and patience was exemplary. I would absolutley purchase again from Crown Eurocars again. I love my new car and expect to be a long term repeat customer. BAD windshield replacement experience From start to finish, yes, you have 100% glass coverage, we just need you to "prepay your windshield here at Crown since we have to order one." ? Then faulty installation, no return phone calls...too much, $2800, plus. Then agreed to $500 credit, but then disputed with incomplete written response by Crown to my c.c. company, pushing the $500 charge through after the fact. Sad, keep the $500....I got plenty of time to express my dissatisfaction, online and to everyone I know, still driving a Mercedes Benz. More

Working with Mr Smith was an absolute pleasure! I had a bad experience at another dealer and was quite stand off-ish when I came in to look at a Mercedes Metris for my business. Mr smith reassured me and has proven to me that there are still honest and straight forward salespeople out there. This is an example of what anyone should expect when buying a car.
