Even with that he was able to take care of my car to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Tom when taking your vehicle in for any reason. He also went above and beyond another issue I had with the engine a few days later and if I could give him 10 stars I would and he would have earned all of them. More

AWESOME SERVICE Called Patrick McFarland, my Service Advisor at Crown, and ask about Diamond Finish for my CLK-350 since I had a new front bumper and left rear fende Called Patrick McFarland, my Service Advisor at Crown, and ask about Diamond Finish for my CLK-350 since I had a new front bumper and left rear fender redone and had the Resist All Finish put on my car when I purchased it new. He arranged for the service to be done to the entire car inside and out and I was absolutely astonished that my car looked like brand new when I picked it up about four hours later. Pat is always friendly, in a great mood and gets the necessary work done when needed. He is the "BEST" at Crown Eurocars! More

Shelly rocks!! I had been going to an MB service center closer to where I previously worked, but since I now work from home Crown Eurocars was closer so I thought I I had been going to an MB service center closer to where I previously worked, but since I now work from home Crown Eurocars was closer so I thought I would try them. My service appointment was with Shelly and in short, she was absolutely fabulous! Besides being extremely courteous and professional, she communicated every step of service process my car was in, clearly explained and reasons for recommendations, and made everything seamless. While my car was in top shape after having been serviced, I would like to especially call out that it is because of Shelly that I decided to purchase my new 2020 GLE 350 from Crown Eurocars versus another MB dealership. She is a rare find and I hope the Crown Eurocars leadership recognizes what an asset she is. Thanks for everything Shelly! More

I am in North Carolina and had searched NC and VA dealers for a great vehicle with low miles as well as a great price. I was unable to locate what I was looking for so since I had visited Crown back in October of 2019 I decided to check their inventory and they had the vehicle and the great price that I was looking for, so my wife and I drove down over the weekend and made the purchase. Omar was in contact with me all thru the week making the process as smooth as possible so that when we arrived at the dealership we could get in and out as soon as possible. The trip was well worth it and we felt very comfortable with all of the friendly staff.
